Mithilesh has more than 30 years of post qualification professional experience as an engineer and business manager. He has worked as an engineering application software programmer, CAD/CAM trainer, design engineer, project engineer, project manager, business team leader, IT infrastructure manager, procurement manager, facility and corporate real estate manager, administration manager,business development manager and overall business manager. The areas of his expertise include development of systems and process operations, development of quality systems for efficient operations and delivery of the professional services, Document Control and Management Systems, offshore Business Process Transition and Financial Control. Mithilesh has the experience of having worked as a contractor, a consultant, a business administrator, a professional project manager and as a development management service provider. He is well versed with the entire life cycle of the project implementation and professional service delivery models. He is well networked with a large number of business leaders, bureaucrats, administrators, academicians and others in India and is always full of energy and enthusiasm. Having worked with companies like Lurgi, Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj, Fidelity Investments, Assetz Property Services and Alpha Real Capital   and with direct work experiences in Malaysia, Germany and Dubai, Mithilesh is well versed with the international standards of service delivery and fully understands the expectations of the quality conscious clients and the ways to meet those expectations.  He is a goal oriented positive thinker with focussed attention and an eye for detail and is highly process oriented while retaining the flexibility for innovation and creation.

Besides his professional credentials, he has attended a number of management, behavioural and interpersonal and business communication seminars and is a certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, a certified Master Hypnotists, a certified Advanced Hypnotherapist, a Vipassana Sadhak and a Practitioner of the Zen way of self mastery. He has a caring attitude and is highly sensitive towards the personal development requirements of his team members. He also runs personal empowerment seminars for ultimate development of the human potential without charging any fee for the same from the participants and has coined the phrase

B.Arch.  (IIT Rooekee, Formerly University of Roorkee)

Initiation with Hindustan Thompson Associates (now J. walter Thompson) as consulting architect for design of trade shows, exhibitions and corporate communication spaces in India and abroad for a period of 2 years.

Continued working on exhibition design and fabrication along with design of showroom interiors and had hands on experience on design of display systems like knockdown DIY furniture and accessories specially for computer workstations.

Worked as freelance architectural design consultant for reputed architecture firms in New Delhi. Worked on projects like hospital buildings, embassies, schools etc. Amitabh has worked extensively on CAD.

Developed a design and execution team and started taking turnkey projects.

Designed/executed interior spaces for some reputed Indian and multinational companies like Rieter India ltd., Hero Honda, Mitsubishi & Hindustan motors, ING Vysya ltd. etc. along with remodelling residences and residential interiors.

1994 onwards have worked independently on design and execution of residences in and around Delhi.

In free time, Amitabh dabbles in precision shooting sport.
